David Richards earned his undergraduate degree in economics and accounting with high honors from Miami University in Ohio. He was awarded his law degree Cum Laude from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society.Mr. Richards is a member of the American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, and the Lake County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in all Ohio courts since 1971. He is also admitted to the U.S. district Court, Northern District of Ohio, since 1972; the U.S. Court of Appeals Sixth Circuit in 1974; and the U.S. Supreme Court in 1975.

Mr. Richards' practice emphasizes Real Estate, including all aspects of commercial, industrial and residential real estate development, financing, and leasing; Commercial, General Business, Corporate, Banking, Construction Law, Commercial Litigation, General Business, Corporate Banking, Construction Law, and Mergers and Acquisitions.
