Marvin Dworken was awarded his undergraduate and law degrees from Ohio State University. After graduation from law school, Mr. Dworken was appointed and served as medical review officer for the United States Veterans Administration.

Mr. Dworken is a member of the Cuyahoga County Bar Association, the Lake County Bar Association as well as the American Bar Association. He currently serves as a member of the American Arbitration Association. Mr. Dworken was chosen as lecturer to the Workers' Compensation section on current issues and developments in that area of law.

Mr. Dworken's practice emphasizes workers' compensation, personal injury, and product liability.
