Dworken & Bernstein, Co., LPA, is pleased to announce the addition of Jonathan T. Stender to our Workers’ Compensation and Employment Law Departments. Jonathan graduated, cum laude, with bachelor of arts degrees in Russian Language and Literature and Political Science from the University of Washington. He received a juris doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University Law School in 1998. Jonathan will focus his practice on representing injured workers in workers' compensation and occupational safety and health matters. He also will continue to represent employees in a wide spectrum of labor and employment matters, including FLSA, FMLA, civil rights, discrimination, wrongful discharge and intentional torts.
